Who we are

What we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive the name, email address and message you provide, and optionally your company, timeline and budget range. We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this site.
Why we use it, and on what basis
We use these details only to respond to your enquiry and, if it goes further, to discuss working together. The legal basis is your consent, given via the checkbox on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.
Who else sees it
Two processors handle enquiry data on our behalf: Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting, DNS and email routing) and Resend (delivery of the enquiry email to us). Each is bound by a data processing agreement and may only use your data to provide its service to us. We do not sell your data and use no analytics, advertising or tracking services.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for up to 12 months and then deleted, unless they become part of a client relationship with its own contractual retention terms.
Transfers outside the EEA
Cloudflare and Resend are US-headquartered and may process data outside the EEA. Where they do, the transfer is protected by the Standard Contractual Clauses included in their data processing agreements and, where applicable, their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Your rights
You can request access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, and you can withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@reactivize.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with ANSPDCP, the Romanian supervisory authority.
